SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING 

  • We process orders monday they friday, orders placed saturday and sunday will be process the following working day.
  • We are not responsible for any custom charges for international orders.
  • If a product becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of your items and will send you an email and refund for that product.
  • Currently Available World Wide
  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing is complete.  
  • All delivery times are estimates.    
  • Orders are shipped via USPS  
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has shipped with tracking number, please follow your package.
  • Sirene's Beauty Place is not responsible for DAMAGED, LOST or STOLEN packages once the item has been shipped, you will have to file a claim thru USPS.
  • Shipping and handling charges for  returns are the responsibility of the customer.   
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at SIRENEYELASHES@GMAIL.COM
  • Must contact within 7 days of receiving your order.  
  • Sirene's Beauty Place is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen orders once the item has been shipped.  
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage for replacement, and you must provide a picture of damaged item.  
  • Return & Exchanges will only be issued for unused items if returned by mail in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
  • Orders will not be eligible for Return/ Exchange 30 days past purchase date.
  • Shipping and handling charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
