ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. ALL DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES.
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING IS COMPLETE.
WE PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
IF A PRODUCT BECOMES OUT OF STOCK AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED, WE WILL SHIP THE REST OF YOUR ITEMS AND WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL + REFUND FOR THAT PRODUCT.
AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.
Sirene's Beauty Place IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM THROUGH USPS.

Sirene's Beauty Place is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen orders once the item has been shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage for replacement, and you must provide a picture of damaged item.
Return & Exchanges will only be issued for unused items if returned by mail in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Orders will not be eligible for Return/ Exchange 30 days past purchase date.
Shipping and handling charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
